After the ‘SM TWON LIVE ‘09′ was postponed indefinitely by SM Entertainment who said the reason was the lawsuit between the agency and TVXQ’s three members, Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and YoungWoong Jaejoong, the fans’ criticisim has been flooding in.

It seems as though their appearance at the event is official because earlier today, Nikkan Sports posted a bulletin on their hompage, announcing that DBSK will be present at the event.

As almost everyone knows by now, popular boy group TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki members Youngwoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu have been disputing with their company, SM Entertainment. The TVXQ members released their official statements, which had thousands waiting for what the members had to say.

TVXQ Debacle Summary and Clarifications

First, the facts:

1. Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu filed a lawsuit against SME (SM Entertainment) in order to suspend their contract.

2. Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu did plan to manage a branch of a cosmetics company. This did NOT however relate nor tie into the lawsuit.

3. Yunho and Changmin are NOT filing a lawsuit against SME along with their fellow three members.

4. SM has been taking anywhere from 70-90% of TVXQ’s profits.

5. TVXQ is also signed with AVEX Entertainment (Japanese entertainment label) and still scheduled for A-Nation concerts throughout August.

6. There have been NO talks of disbandment.

The breaking up rumors are just false rumors. The reason why the breakup rumors came out is because of the news of the members filing a suspension of the contract created more rumors amongst the fans. The most known false rumors flowing around from this were : The members not getting along, and the problems with SM Ent. and the member’s cosmetic line. A these rumors came out the break up rumors came out as well. The only real truth that are out about DBSK is the news about the members filing a suspension of contract. That’s the only one.
